Backstory

I spent 20 years, sitting on numerous boards as a venture capitalist, with Redpoint Ventures and Archer Venture Capital, and I kept noticing the same thing:    people need liquidity.    Whether to exercise their stock options, solve a life problem, create diversification or just live their best life sooner — founders, employees, executives and shareholders of private companies need money to deal with life.

Liquid Stock was created to enable these valiant participants in the creation of leading private companies to access capital, without selling shares and giving up future upside, while addressing their needs with a simple, tax efficient, risk-free offering.

What Drives Me

I’m driven by helping people solve problems.   Every day, we deal with successful entrepreneurs, great executives and employees of the most exciting new companies in the world, and we help them solve their personal life problems.   It’s incredibly rewarding to positively impact the lives of so many amazing people with the solutions we have created at Liquid Stock.   

I’ve always loved helping companies grow their business, and with Liquid Stock, I’m able to help the individuals who are behind these great companies.
