Liquid Stock Closes Private Company Liquidity Fund

As of December 3, 2019, Liquid Stock closed its flagship fund—Liquid Stock Fund I—with $161 million of capital. A leading source of liquidity for option holders and stockholders of private companies, Liquid provides tax efficient solutions to fund stock option exercise or general liquidity needs.
